I have communicated with Greg for several years to determine the right time to sell our property. There were times when he recommended not to sell which made me confident he was not just looking for a listing but was also looking out for me. Once we listed, things went quickly and smoothly. He recommended a selling price that seemed reasonable and we had an offer within a couple of months. We worked primarily with Stacey Weaver on the front end and she was wonderful – knowledgeable, informative, always on time, and kept us informed. There were 3 negotiations in the process. We received wise counsel but the decision was always ours with their support, regardless. All of those went well.
